SystemMetrics is sold and operated by Quality Capital LLC.

2. Data we collect

• Purchase data and email address provided during Stripe checkout.
• Basic website logs generated by hosting providers (for security and reliability).

We do not collect app telemetry from your local process data by default.

3. How we use data

• To fulfill purchases and provide download access.
• To provide customer support.
• To prevent abuse and fraud.

4. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our systems. Stripe's processing is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

5. Data sharing

We only share data with service providers necessary to operate the service (for example: payment processing and website hosting), or when required by law.

6. Retention

We retain purchase records for accounting, fraud prevention, and support purposes for as long as reasonably necessary.
