1. Operator

SystemMetrics is sold and operated by Quality Capital LLC ("we", "us").

2. License

After purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use SystemMetrics on your own devices for personal or internal business use. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app binaries except as allowed by law.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's terms and policies. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

4. Updates and Availability

We may release updates, bug fixes, or improvements at our discretion. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of download links or website services.

5. Disclaimer

SystemMetrics is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quality Capital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app or site.
